Job summary

Etjca Group S.p.A. cerca una risorsa per inserirsi nel reparto salumi e formaggi di un supermercato, gestendo in autonomia il banco freddo e il servizio al cliente. Si occupa di taglio, confezionamento e presentazione dei prodotti, offrendo consulenza ai clienti.

La risorsa lavorerà a tempo pieno 40 ore settimanali su turni, dal lunedì alla domenica, con eventuali riposi settimanali. Contratto iniziale a tempo determinato con possibilità di proroghe, con inquadramento IV livello CCNL

Qualifications

• Immediate availability
• Precedente esperienza nel ruolo in supermercati, ipermercati o discount
• Competenza tecnica nel taglio di salumi e formaggi e familiarità con la disossatura di prosciutti
• Autonomia nella gestione del bancone
• Preferibile vendita al pubblico

Etjca Group SpA - Filiale di Bresso, for one of our clients, a renowned player in Italian large-scale distribution and far from discount standards, is selecting a:

GASTRONOMO/A

The resource will be inserted in the cold cuts and cheeses department of the supermarket and will independently manage the fresh counter and customer service, using scales and cutting tools. They will interact with the department head for activity planning and must be able to work in a team.

Details and contractual terms:

• Workplace: Milan (MI).
• Working hours: Full-time 40h from Monday to Sunday on shifts, distributed according to supermarket needs, with one or more weekly rest days.
• Contract offered: Initial fixed-term administration contract with possibility of extensions. Serious hiring purpose.
• Salary: € 1,790 gross/month.
• Classification: IV level CCNL Confcommercio (14 monthly payments).

Roles and responsibilities:

• Slicing cold cuts and cheeses according to customer requests;
• Preparation of gastronomic packages and products;
• Careful cutting of products to maintain quality and presentation;
• Set-up and replenishment of the deli counter;
• Customer reception;
• Maintaining order, cleanliness, and attractiveness of the department.

Requirements for selection:

• Immediate availability;
• Previous experience in the role gained in supermarkets, hypermarkets, and/or Discount stores;
• Technical competence for cutting cold cuts and cheeses and familiarity with boning cured meats;
• Autonomy in counter management;
• Preference for public sales.
