Within the Product Engineering Department, the resource will ensure the completion of projects within set timelines and budgets, aligning with Automotive Customer Requirements. Responsibilities include managing all technical activities related to new product development and existing product improvements, collaborating with Process Engineering, Sales, and Quality Departments to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Management Engineering and possess significant experience in structured automotive companies focused on innovation. Strong managerial, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in English and willingness to undertake potential international travel are required.
