Channel Lawyer

We are recruiting a Legal Counsel Channel to join our Global Legal Team and support our Italy operations.

How you will contribute :

You will provide legal, regulatory, and compliance services, acting as a strategic business partner. Your responsibilities include:

1. Drafting and reviewing contracts and terms, supporting negotiations
2. Creating templates and legal tools
3. Supporting claims and litigation processes
4. Ensuring compliance with laws and policies
5. Conducting training and compliance programs
6. Monitoring regulatory changes
7. Other legal support as needed

Your profile

We seek a proactive, socially conscious legal professional with experience in in-house legal roles, ideally in sectors like high-tech, energy, or environment. You should:

• Be a qualified lawyer with a Master of Laws or equivalent, with 4+ years PQE in commercial law, focused on indirect/channel/reseller business
• Be fluent in English and technologically adept
• Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Be capable of managing large workloads independently
