We are seeking a talented S&OP and Demand Planning Analyst to join our dynamic Supply Chain team at our headquarters in Treviso.

In this critical role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our supply chain operates efficiently and effectively to meet the growing demand for our products across the Asia Pacific region. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts for our entire product range, collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization, and actively contributing to the successful execution of our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

Main Responsibilities

  • Forecasting and Analysis:
  • Utilize statistical forecasting tools (SAP IBP, Amazon Web Services) and techniques to generate accurate baseline forecasts and identify potential demand fluctuations;
  • Analyze and interpret demand data to identify trends, patterns, and outliers, providing insights to support decision-making;
  • Analyze and challenge the sales forecast submitted from each subsidiary for the next 12 months;
  • Develop long-term forecasts with a rolling horizon of 12-24 months, incorporating business intelligence and forecasted information gathered from sales, marketing, finance, and other sources;
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning and S&OP, identifying areas for improvement, with a focus on forecast accuracy;
  • Manage Forecast Consensus activities to reduce bias and support business objectives;
  • Prepare and lead the Country Sales & Operations meetings with each subsidiary, highlighting risks and opportunities;
  • Assist the Regional S&OP and Demand Planning Manager in preparing reports.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to understand demand drivers and sales trends;
  • Collaborate with Supply Planning and Inventory Management teams to maintain optimal inventory levels;
  • Liaise with subsidiaries on forecast submissions, ensuring adherence to timelines and error resolution.

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Manage forecasts in line with product lifecycle stages (new launches, phase-in/phase-out, discontinuation);
  • Identify and implement process improvements within demand planning and S&OP to enhance efficiency.

Job Profile

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field;
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends;
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal skills, proficiency in English.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in demand planning and forecasting; experience in supply chain or controlling is a plus;
  • Proficiency in demand planning software (SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA) and Microsoft Office; experience with statistical analysis tools is advantageous;
