As European IP Counsel, you will lead strategic and pragmatic patent portfolio development, including identifying, managing, and addressing patent opportunities and risks in a dynamic and commercially active environment. You will also provide IP training and support at multiple European SDG sites and assist with European oppositions as needed. This role will work closely with legal, R&D, and business teams.
This role is within our SDG, which has over 40 locations worldwide. The divisions focus on in vitro diagnostics, including test kits, reagents, culture media, instruments, and related products for health care, clinical, pharmaceutical, and industrial laboratories.
