  • Account Executive – Italy | High-Growth Cybersecurity Scale-Up

A fast-growing, venture-backed cybersecurity company is seeking a driven Account Executive to join its Italy based team.

  • What You’ll Be Doing :
  • Own the full sales cycle (new and upsell) for mid-market clients across the region.
  • Drive pipeline generation independently while collaborating with SDRs, Marketing, Channel, and Engineering teams.
  • Sell through partners (VARs, MSPs) and develop strong channel relationships.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer pain points and position high-impact solutions.
  • Hit and exceed ambitious revenue targets in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment .
  • What We’re Looking For :
  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales , with proven success in closing deals.
  • Cybersecurity sales experience is essential.
  • Experience working with or through channel partners .
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed quota and work autonomously.
  • Strong communication, discovery, and value-based selling skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with high energy and ownership.
  • Based in Italy (Fluency in Italian and English)
