Field Service Engineer (m / f / d)

Responsibilities:

• Take over the installation of new plants, maintenance, servicing, and repair of Mühlbauer production machines at customer sites.
• Travel internationally for short to mid-term service assignments within our product portfolio.
• Create service reports and customer documentation.
• Provide on-site customer consulting and training.
• Monitor external maintenance teams, analyze malfunctions, and perform troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Completed technical education in electronics, mechatronics, mechanics, or a similar field (m/f/d).
• Experience and enthusiasm for working in an industrial environment and engaging with customers.
• Strong technical understanding and mechanical skills.
• Experience in maintaining and repairing industrial machinery.
• Willingness to travel worldwide; initial location in Rome, Italy.
• Target and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Driver's license class B.
