Join Our Team as a Senior Enterprise Publisher Account Manager in Italy

We are looking for a talented individual with:

  • Exceptional analytical, commercial, and prioritization skills
  • The ability to work independently, take full ownership, and adapt in a fast-growing environment

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and be part of a great team, learning from others and sharing your experience. To thrive, you'll need:

  • Native or fluent Italian speaker with a medium to high level of English
  • At least 7 years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, or publishing industries
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven track record of closing business and managing complex sales cycles
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor trends and generate insights
  • Ability to explain technical solutions and develop opportunities
  • Motivation, proactivity, resourcefulness, and creativity
  • Attention to detail, organization, and excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in digital advertising or publisher roles is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic publisher partnerships in Italy, understanding business needs and developing relationships
  • Showcase Taboola’s value proposition to stakeholders to drive growth and monetization
  • Analyze key metrics and implement improvements
  • Maintain expertise in Taboola’s platform and articulate benefits to publishers
  • Identify upsell opportunities and expand platform adoption
  • Communicate client insights and feature requests to product teams
