Job Description
Senior IM User Access Management Governance Manager
We are seeking an accomplished Senior User Access Management Governance Manager to join our IM Principal Operations organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end User Access Management (UAM) governance framework's implementation during and after the SAP S4 HANA program for the TranSCend Innovative Medicine (IM) project.
As a recognized subject matter expert in user access management governance, you will spearhead collaboration with the TranSCend IM Global Transformation program team and key stakeholders, ensuring a robust, efficient, and compliant UAM framework is enacted.
Key Responsibilities
- Governance Oversight: Lead the planning of governance activities and collate business and compliance requirements between the UAM team and key stakeholders, ensuring a proactive approach to managing user access.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments in alignment with Sarbanes-Oxley (SoX), Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GxP), International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), and other pertinent regulations, expertly addressing local specifications and operational impacts.
- Compliance Implementation: Ensure that the UAM compliance and validation plans for the project and operational phases are implemented correctly and documented in a timely manner across project waves.
- Audit Support: Provide expert audit support for areas including SoX, GxP, and IT, ensuring seamless compliance with regulatory requirements.
- UAM Taxonomy and Service Model: Define and support the implementation of the UAM taxonomy/service model while overseeing transition activities per project wave, including the creation of relevant documentation such as SOPs and Work Instructions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively roll out the UAM framework to key stakeholders, ensuring clarity and buy-in at all levels.
- Training Development: Develop a comprehensive training strategy and content, facilitating the implementation of UAM training to meet project and operational needs.
- Cutover Support: Lead user cutover and compliance-related activities for project go-live phases, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Guiding Principles: Provide UAM guiding principles and Segregation of Duties (SoD) definitions for cross-system environments and robotic/AI automation initiatives.
- Collaboration: Foster close collaboration and alignment with TranSCend Management Team and other cross-functional S4 UAM project teams.
- Process Integration: Drive operational efficiency by leading process integration between global and deployment teams within the UAM framework.
- Business Requirement Support: Serve as a resource for business requirements related to SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and other user access management applications, advocating for system enhancements to optimize processes.
- Governance Framework Implementation: Champion the enterprise-level definition and implementation of the user access management governance framework, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 10-15 years of experience within international companies, with at least 8 years people management experience
- Operational Model Expertise: Proven experience in shared services or center of excellence operating models.
- Access Management Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of access management frameworks and activities.
- Process Orientation: A process-oriented mindset with exceptional coordination skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Strong teamwork attributes with the ability to work seamlessly in a virtual/remote environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP GRC and related rule set definitions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict management skills.
- Language Proficiency: Highly proficient in both oral and written English.
- Attention to Detail: Strong documentation, policy writing, and reading skills, with a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
