To expand our team for the technical support and on-site repairs, we are now looking for a highly motivated

PRIMARY RESPONSABILITIES :

  • Perform 2nd-Level Support for Smart Class Platforms (produced in Italy)
  • Handling of warranty cases (mainly Smart Class) and diagnose of hydraulic and electrical systems of Smart Class Platforms
  • Creation of market communication (service info / actions / recalls),Identify and handle problems coming from the market
  • Frequent contact with internal departments (Quality, R&D, Operations, Procurement) and Participate in cross-department meetings
  • Partially prepare, execute and follow-up of on-site trouble shooting

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Successfully completed education, e.g. mechatronics engineers, electrician, electronic technician or similar
  • Experience in service engineering, national and / or abroad, Experience in maintenance, servicing, and repair of machinery,Sound knowledge in electrics and hydraulics
  • Customer-oriented mentality and communication skills,
  • Knowledge about the access platforms market, e.g. window cleaning, green services, wind energy and rental are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel globally (20-30%)
  • Must speak English and Italian
