This position is responsible for supporting our DMC through personnel management, with a particular focus on talent and culture within the organization.

Main tasks & responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day Talent & Culture processes and the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, performance management, pay & benefits administration, and offboarding.
  • Undertake activities and processes in compliance with local legislation and internal policies.
  • Provide guidance to team leaders and supervisors in managing day-to-day issues.
  • Offer advice and guidance to colleagues on Talent & Culture processes and administration.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential colleague records (hard and soft copy) and provide necessary documentation (payslips, letters, etc.).
  • Engage in activities to build and reinforce a positive culture, including implementing a local engagement framework.
  • Ensure a healthy and safe environment for colleagues.

Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma with a qualification in a relevant area.
  • 4-6 years of experience in a relevant industry OR 6-8 years of experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • IT and computer literacy.
  • Supervisory skills.
  • Performance management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
