You will be responsible for :

• Developing and deploying ML solutions to address critical business challenges
• Collaborating closely with Business, Product, and Marketing teams to understand their needs and priorities
• Effectively communicating complex findings and model results to a broad audience
• Working with Data Engineers to deploy models in production, manage their lifecycle, and improve MLOps pipelines
• Researching and studying new technologies and solutions to stay ahead

Some of the projects you will work on include :

• Optimizing Call Center activities
• Customizing customer experience on the website
• Forecasting user activity and volumes
• Automated Document Data Extraction
• Developing Conversational AI

Requisiti

What you need :

• Master's degree in a related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist
• Advanced knowledge of Python
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL
• Extensive experience with ML frameworks and libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, tensorflow)
• Proven ability to develop and deploy ML models in production, managing their full lifecycle and monitoring impact
• Experience working in a Cloud environment
• A proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational and workflow management skills
• Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership
