Valid Driver license required, regular travels around Italy.

Location is Milan, but open to candidates living in the North.
This is an 18-month temporary contract.
Enhance visibility of product and service quality at an operational level, focusing on Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) and process compliance at CHEP Service Centers and the 3PL network.
Promote a quality-driven culture by supporting the quality management system through product and process audits.
Act as a key customer liaison, providing timely support and resolution for quality-related issues.
