About the role

• Conduct regular auditing field activities;
• Manage relationships with clients and implement an approach of total customer focus;
• Carry out work efficiently and competently for DNV as required by instructions, Quality System, and formal agreements;
• Ensure the independence of the DNV scheme is maintained at all times;
• Maintain or acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or equivalent registration to qualify as Lead Auditor;
• Plan and execute audits, report findings, and follow-up within agreed timelines and budgets;
• Meet professional practice standards and demonstrate core competencies;
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel;
• Contribute to a positive work environment and team dynamics;
• Maintain effective communication with line management, audit team members, and client stakeholders;
• Use production tools correctly for auditing activities and data communication.

The role also includes back-office tasks supporting project management, such as:

• Promptly contact customers to confirm planned activities.

About you

Position Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Lead Auditor on ICT sector schemes (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301, eIDAS);
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills;
• Ability to build good relationships with customers;
• Ability to coordinate and manage an auditors team;
• Strong auditing skills, including mobility, flexibility, working under pressure, respecting deadlines, and maintaining client relations;
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English;
• Proficiency with basic software programs and IT tools;
• Highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
