We are an engineering consulting company made up of highly qualified professionals with solid experience in the Engineering and IT sectors.

We are currently looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support the continuous growth of our company.

The selected candidate will be actively involved in the hiring process for positions across our different engineering consulting areas. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with department managers to understand the specific requirements of each role and attract the best talent in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Active and passive sourcing of technical and engineering profiles
• Posting job offers
• Conducting interviews and preparing candidates for client presentation
• Collaborating with business lines to analyze hiring needs
• Supporting onboarding processes

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Economics, Humanities, or related fields
• Experience in dynamic, complex, or transforming organizational contexts—even outside of HR—will be considered a plus
• Previous experience in recruiting ICT/engineering profiles is a strong asset
• Familiarity with major recruitment platforms and sourcing tools is a plus
• Good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills, resilience, and proactivity
• Teamwork ability, excellent interpersonal skills, and a problem-solving mindset
