We’re Hiring: Freelance BIM Specialist or BIM Modeller – Landscape Architecture

MAW – Modern AEC Workflow is seeking a freelance BIM Specialist or BIM Modeller to join our team on a large-scale landscape masterplan project, starting as soon as possible.

Project Overview

• Scope: Schematic Design (SD) of the entire masterplan, with Design Development (DD) for selected key areas (e.g. those requiring detailed drawings and renderings).
• Timeline: Immediate start, delivery due by end of September.
• Possibility of project continuation beyond SD/DD phases.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Revit
• Fluent English (Italian is a plus)
• Working knowledge of the Environment for Revit add-in (landscape)
• Valid licenses for Revit and Environment and Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Ability to work independently and deliver on time

Work Conditions

• Fully remote position – reliable internet connection is essential
• You’re free to organize your time as you see fit, with just one daily alignment call
• We trust our freelancers and value autonomy paired with accountability

Compensation

• Estimated monthly rate: €1400–1800 depending on experience and demonstrated skills
• Payment structure: upfront deposit + final payment upon delivery
