Sr Program Specialist

Join a team of development program professionals to support development programs within one of Honeywell's businesses. You will help implement program plans, budgets, schedules, and execute a programmatic MOS, support forecasting and capacity analysis related to delivery requirements. You will play an important role in the IPDS process and strategies to achieve committed business performance. You will support business leaders and present programmatic details, requirements, actions, and status as assigned. You will also work under moderate supervision of the program manager to execute scope, schedule, cost, delivery, earned value, and quality, demonstrating project management skills including risk management.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate Cost Account Managers
2. Understand budget and schedule
3. Adhere to the IPDS process
4. Execute the Management OS
5. Collaborate with functions
6. Support forecasting
7. Support capacity analysis
8. Ensure timely management
9. Present programmatic details

Qualifications WE VALUE

1. Project Management principles and processes with emphasis on IPDS phases II-V
2. Scheduling including resource loading and critical path analysis
3. SOW through WBS through BOE through Integrated Master Schedule
4. Knowledge of Earned Value Management
5. Cost and financials (e.g., RDE, spend, forecast, variance)
6. Cross-functional communication with program team and sponsors
7. Potentially serve as the program’s risk process manager
