Romazzino, a Belmond Hotel in stunning Costa Smeralda, is looking for a Lifeguard to join our team for the 2025 season.

The ideal candidate is committed to providing authentic experiences in a world-renowned destination, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity, and community.

He / she will have experience working in luxury hotels.

The position is based in Porto Cervo, Costa Smeralda, Sardinia, and the contract is full-time. Candidates must possess the legal right to work in Italy / EU.

Requirements

• Lifeguard Certification
• Minimum two years of previous employment in a related position within luxury hotels
• Fluent in English and Italian
