Are you interested in further expanding our lighting business as a Business Development Manager?

We are looking for a driven, experienced, and dedicated Business Development Manager with a desire to succeed!

Qualifications:

  • Technical and commercial skills
  • Well-balanced tactical and operational skills
  • Experience with Salesforce (nice to have)
  • Experience with basic Microsoft programs like Excel and Word
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Polished, analytical, and engaging with excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel
  • Build coverage in the assigned region, supporting and monitoring agencies working in the territory
  • Develop a business case in collaboration with the Country Manager and Head of Sales for business expansion in the region
  • Find and develop new customers (installers, contractors, end users) in the region
  • Develop new projects and report in Salesforce, keeping track of activities in the area
