ERP Finance Specialist per multinazionale

KA Resources Recruitment is seeking a Specialist in ERP (365 F&O / 365 Business Central / SAP / Oracle) with experience in finance for a prestigious multinational group operating in the Retail sector (end user). The position is based in Milan (San Babila area). The candidate will be hired on a permanent basis.

We are not considering candidates with VAT registration. The group consists of about ten companies located both in Italy and internationally. The selected candidate will join the internal IT department, reporting to the Project Manager, focusing on go-live and rollout of the new ERP. After project completion, they will remain part of the internal application team, which includes 15 members.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct fit/gap analyses and define whether system requirements are global (core model of the group) or local
• Manage the entire lifecycle of billing requests (defining functional requirements, testing, deployment, and training)
• Execute and supervise application configuration
• Provide guidance for data migration and execute it when applicable
• Ensure strong collaboration with internal team members and system integrator team
• Manage impacts of the new ERP system implementation on group organizations

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in implementing ERP (specifically MS Dynamics 365 F&O)
• Experience in at least 2 full lifecycle implementations and large international IT projects
• Excellent spoken English and willingness to travel domestically and abroad
• Knowledge of finance processes, including product costing, commissions, and passive invoices
• Familiarity with project methodologies (DevOps)

The position is based in Milan, San Babila area, with one day of remote work per week. Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad is required.

Contract type: Permanent
Compensation: Based on experience, approximately €40,000 to €50,000+ plus bonuses and meal vouchers.
