Job Description:

• Operational handling of tenders in Italy in the medical device sector
• Elaboration and timely compilation of all relevant proposal/tender documents
• Communication and coordination with the responsible departments at Headquarters
• Review and control of all agreements/contracts (product specifications, delivery times, etc.)
• On site meetings at public authorities whenever needed, e.g., for preliminary market consultations

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher degree (university, FH) in an economic or science-related field, ideally in a discipline related to healthcare
• Experience in public procurement is advantageous
• Very good process and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Fluently in Italian and English, written and spoken as well
• Open minded, team player, self-reliant, positive attitude and appearance
• Willingness to travel

Minimum Salary

Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 41,691.44.
