Position

We have an exciting opportunity to join the advertising team in Witailer, the marketplace optimization and data analytics brand of Retex, as a Digital Advertising Specialist. If you are passionate about digital advertising and driven by data, this is the perfect role for you! As our new Digital Advertising Specialist, you will dive deep into online marketing, playing a key role in optimizing our clients' advertising investments and supporting their growth.

The Role You Will Play :

  1. Client Revenue Maximization: Support clients in maximizing revenue while optimizing ROI of advertising investments. Help define advertising strategies for paid search and programmatic advertising.
  2. Campaign Implementation: From keyword and product research to campaign creation on Amazon Advertising, implement strategies. Manage pay-per-click/search and programmatic campaigns, optimizing performance to improve ROAS, clickthrough, conversion rate, search ranking, discoverability, and visibility on Amazon.
  3. Performance Analysis: Analyze and monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to exceed expectations. Use data-driven approaches for decision-making and optimization.
  4. Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets and forecast key metrics like sales growth and ROAS, ensuring strategic allocation of investments.
  5. Innovation and Adaptability: Stay updated on Amazon Advertising features and integrate new tools into strategies to add value.

Requirements

While not all are mandatory, the ideal candidate would possess:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or e-commerce, with digital advertising, campaign monitoring, optimization, and data analysis being a plus.
  2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Amazon Advertising Platform is preferred.
  3. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and sharing insights.
  4. Strong attention to detail, proactivity, and motivation to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  5. Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
