About the Role

Tuscandream is looking for a Hospitality Travel Planner & Coordinator Manager.

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordination of travel itineraries for clients, including:
• Coordinating transportation arrangements, such as pickups and vehicle rentals;
• Managing operational services: rooming lists, transfer lists;
• Preparing and managing cost estimates to ensure budget compliance;
• Handling communications with participants and managing travel documentation;
• Planning activities, tours, visits, and dinners;
• Resolving travel-related issues or changes;
• Communicating effectively with vendors and clients to secure travel arrangements;
• Selecting, negotiating, and coordinating with suppliers;
• Providing customer service and assistance before and during travel or events.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Hospitality Manager or similar role;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Decision-making skills to address challenges quickly and negotiate with suppliers for the best rates;
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
• Solid knowledge of event budgeting and cost control;
• Ability to stay focused under pressure and adapt quickly to changes;
• Experience managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
