About the Role
Tuscandream is looking for a Hospitality Travel Planner & Coordinator Manager.
Responsibilities
- Planning and coordination of travel itineraries for clients, including:
- Coordinating transportation arrangements, such as pickups and vehicle rentals;
- Managing operational services: rooming lists, transfer lists;
- Preparing and managing cost estimates to ensure budget compliance;
- Handling communications with participants and managing travel documentation;
- Planning activities, tours, visits, and dinners;
- Resolving travel-related issues or changes;
- Communicating effectively with vendors and clients to secure travel arrangements;
- Selecting, negotiating, and coordinating with suppliers;
- Providing customer service and assistance before and during travel or events.
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Hospitality Manager or similar role;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Decision-making skills to address challenges quickly and negotiate with suppliers for the best rates;
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
- Solid knowledge of event budgeting and cost control;
- Ability to stay focused under pressure and adapt quickly to changes;
- Experience managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
