Responsibilities include:

  • Obsession with user satisfaction by responding helpfully and empathetically, primarily in English.
  • Championing a user-centric approach to product development.
  • Identifying common issues and sharing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Addressing user reviews and gathering insights on our features.
  • Creating FAQs and enhancing support documentation.
