Business controller

We are looking for Highly analytical and results driven Business Controller to perform all planning, controlling, and reporting activities in the main business areas, with focus on revenue and OpEx

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure planning, monitoring and reporting of OpEx (personnel costs, installation and inventory costs) and CapEx
• Provide information on deviations from budget to achieve year-end results
• Realize different scenarios (budget, forecast and pre-closing), ensuring alignment with financial targets
• Produce three different P&Ls each month for the company's respective business units for the purpose of monitoring their respective margins
• Manage relationships with external consultants (Payroll & Accounting) and their coordination in case of deadlines
• Contribute to the preparation of documentation for strategic decision making
• Manage the entire Audit process, interacting and coordinating external consultants according to auditors' needs
• Support the development of dedicated project control processes for orders / projects managed in Italy

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business / management engineering or similar
• 1-3 years of experience in a financial controller role
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and IFRS accounting standards
• Advanced analytical skills, with strong focus on interpreting business trends and respective financial data
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with financial analysis tools (e.g.,

Tagetik and Power BI) is a plus

• Strong communication skills, with the ability tointeract effectively with various stakeholders
• Knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving
• Self-motivation and independence, with the ability to make informed decisions in line with

organizational strategy
