We are seeking a CONSULENTE DEL LAVORO for our client company. The ideal candidate should have:

• Excellent knowledge of operational activities related to ongoing personnel management (payroll processing, contributions, payments, CU, Mod. 770, hiring/firing/injury procedures, etc.) acquired through direct experience.
• Technical and normative expertise to provide assistance and consultancy to clients.

Requirements:

• Degree in economic subjects.
• Professional qualification as a labor consultant.

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in the role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and organize work.
• Flexibility in tasks and support to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist headquarters staff on labor law topics.
• Monitor regulatory updates.
• Manage social safety nets.
• Handle contribution incentives.
• Analyze labor costs.
• Communicate with entities and associations (Inps, Inail, etc.).
• Draft individual contracts.

The company seeks precise, proactive individuals capable of teamwork, problem-solving, and with excellent relational and organizational skills.

Offer:

Full-time contract based on candidate profile.

Location:

Rimini / Cesena area.

Working days:

Monday to Friday – 6 hours per day.
