Webuild is hiring a Commercial Planning & Market Analysis Expert to join the Group Commercial Department in Milan.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop monitoring and forecast models for Group performance/KPI, including offers, orders, win rate, and other metrics; prepare regular reports.
2. Engage continuously with Commercial Areas and Group Subsidiaries to update commercial initiatives and maintain the commercial database.
3. Support the implementation and development of the 3Y Commercial Plan aligned with the economic/financial targets of the Industrial Plan.
4. Improve management of information and monitoring processes for the Group's commercial initiatives.
5. Coordinate with other functions to assess the sustainability of the Commercial Plan and monitor potential opportunities.
6. Collaborate with other functions to assess and monitor specific risk topics (Country, Corporate, Contractual) to support go/no-go decisions for commercial initiatives.

Requirements :

1. Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
2. 5-6 years of experience, preferably in reputable consulting firms.
3. Knowledge of mathematical and statistical models applied to financial data.
4. Ability to manage complex files and large databases.
5. Proficiency in Excel for developing forecast models and KPI monitoring.
6. Proficiency in PowerPoint for preparing reports.
7. Excellent command of English.
8. Willingness to travel internationally.

2. Results-oriented with attention to detail.
3. Ability to work under stress and meet tight deadlines.
4. Knowledge of Salesforce and related systems.
5. Knowledge of a second foreign language such as French, German, or Spanish.
