Program Manager – Mechanical Development (m/w/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinating tasks and allocating resources to the R&D – Mechanical Development department
• Monitoring the timing of activity execution
• Keeping track of resource allocation and idle capacity
• Aligning with the team leader on task assignment
• Checking the consistency of the budget

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in mechanics, electronics or management engineering
• Previous work experience in a similar position in the program/project management field
• Experience with SCRUM or other Agile methods
• Strong people management skills, with strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong task and leadership skills, strong capability in planning and task identification
• Very good knowledge of English. Italian and/or German
