German Customer Support (Email & Chat) – Malta

Are you fluent in German and ready to make a real impact in the digital space? We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our team in Malta as
Customer Support & Content Moderation Agents.
In this hybrid role, you'll combine the art of helping people with the responsibility of keeping online platforms safe. If you're detail-oriented, empathetic, and eager to learn, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Support (70%)
- Assist users via email and chat—no phone calls required.
- Provide helpful, friendly, and professional support in German and English.
- Use the right tools to deliver accurate information and efficient solutions.
Content Moderation (30%)
- Review user content across various apps and marketplaces.
- Ensure all material follows guidelines and legal requirements.
- Flag inappropriate content and escalate serious issues using internal systems.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in German, with good written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Word and Excel.
- No experience? No problem. If you're curious, motivated, and detail-focused, we’ll train you!
- A positive mindset and willingness to work rotating shifts (including evenings and weekends).
