WeseekanexecutiveleadertojoinourOperationsTeamatTechnogymVillage(CesenaItaly)astheHeadoftheGlobalLogisticsDepartmentfortheB2BandB2CLastMilewhowillreportdirectlytotheGlobalOrderFulfillmentandLogisticsDirector.

Your Impact

Responsibilities

• Managethedemandplanningprocesstodevelopsalesforecasts(SalesOperationPlan)
• ManagetheB2BlogisticsshipmentsandtheB2ClastmileDeliveryandInstallation
• Ensuringindustrialplantscanadjusttheirproductioninlinewithexpecteddeliverytrends
• Assurelinearlogisticsvolumesworkingtoreducepeaksandgrantadequatecapacityalongthevaluechain(whsinboundandoutboundcapacityaswellasinstallationcapacity)
• Defineactivitiesandpoliciesforcostreductionindeliveryandinstallationensuringhighservicequalityandoptimizingfinishedproductstocklevels
• NegotiatenationalandinternationaltransportationcontractsforcentralizedsuppliersandnationalmarketsdirectlyservedbyTechnogymsubsidiariesincoordinationwiththepurchasingofficeandsubsidiarieslocaloperations
• Manageinternationalcarriers(road&sea)toincreaseservicelevelreducedeliverytime andmaintainhighservicestandards
• Monitorthecorrectsetupoflocalsubsidiarieslogisticsoperationsinthevariousmarkets(domestictransportationwarehousingandinstallationservice)
• SupervisethepropermanagementoffinishedproductinventoryatdistributioncenterslocatedinthevariousmarketswhereTechnogymsalessubsidiariesarepresent
• Defineprocessesandguidelinesforstockmanagementinventoriescyclecountandspingtoensureproperhandlingandsegregationofvariousstocktypesindifferentmarkets
• Monitoreffectiveadoptionbysubsidiariesactivatecorrectiveactionsifnecessaryconductregularauditsanddevelopimprovementplansforthirdpartywarehouseoperations
• Overseeinsurancecoveragerelatedtostocksandrisksassociatedwithtransportationinstallationandstorageofproducts
• Monitorsachievementofservicelevelagreementswithnationallogisticspartners(branches)andproactivelyactivatesqualityperformanceimprovementprocesses
• EnsurehighqualitylevelsofinstallationactivitiesbymonitoringfeedbackKPIsfromthemarketauditingactivitiestrainingandcertificationofinstallationtechnicians
• Leadprojectstoimproveenvironmentalsocialandgovernance(ESG)outcomesbyreducingtheenvironmentalimpactoftransportationandinstallationactivities
