YOUR ROLE:
Provide support on compensation programs and practices, including merit, bonus, equity, and promotion cycles.
Assist in the design and execution of incentive programs that reflect current market trends and best practices.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a global job architecture aligned with business objectives.
Ensure effective administration of compensation processes and continuously seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll) and external vendors to manage compensation operations and reporting.
Analyze market data and contribute to salary benchmarking and compensation survey submissions.
Prepare and deliver job analysis, pay structure recommendations, and compensation summaries for internal decision-making.
Stay informed on compensation-related legislation and market trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
YOUR BACKGROUND:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in payroll, compensation, or total rewards, preferably in a multinational or matrix organization.
Solid understanding of payroll regulations and compensation strategies in Italy
Experience with job architecture frameworks, merit cycles, bonus structures, and incentive plan design.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Zuchetti )
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
