Job Opportunity: Permanent Recruitment Consultant

InJobSPA, a recruitment company founded in Italy in 2001, is distinguished on the agency market for its positioning in the professional segment. Since 2021, we have been part of W-Group, a multi-brand Italian group in the human capital solutions sector, with which we are involved in an ambitious growth project.

To develop our structure, we are seeking experienced professionals in the Recruitment field, focusing on Professional profiles for the role of PERMANENT CONSULTANT.

The Permanent Consultant reports directly to the Manager of the Business Unit and responsibilities include:

1. Managing the end-to-end selection process of Professional profiles, from defining the ideal profile to presenting the candidate's resume, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
2. Identifying new business opportunities within the assigned client portfolio, establishing contact with decision-makers, and proposing tailored solutions based on client needs.
3. Developing the candidate network through screening activities, active searching, phone interviews, and individual meetings to assess technical and transversal skills.

We are interested in professionals with the following characteristics:

1. At least 4 years of experience in Recruitment, preferably in Permanent Placement services within Agencies or Recruitment & Selection companies.
2. Good knowledge of the English language.
3. Proclivity for commercial activities, excellent communication skills, and goal-oriented attitude.
4. Good knowledge of Office Suite, online recruitment tools, and selection software.
