Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Project Manager to lead retail projects within the Fashion & Luxury sector, collaborating with major Italian and international brands in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact, building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
2. Project Monitoring: Manage project objectives, budgets, and timelines, providing updates and forecasts to clients and teams.
3. Technical Configurations: Oversee technical and functional configurations, aligning solutions with client requirements.
4. Resource Coordination: Lead and motivate the project team, ensuring effective and timely execution.
5. Documentation: Maintain clear and updated project documentation.

Requirements:

1. Degree in computer engineering or related fields; experience in retail or distribution project management is a plus; proficiency in Office and basic SQL.
2. Curiosity for new management software and proficiency in English.
3. Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for learning.
4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
5. Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel within Italy and abroad.
