Company Description

Synergie Italia Spa, an international group specialized in Human Resources management, is looking for a client operating in the maritime industry sector:

Administrative Employee - L.68/99

Position

As an Administrative Employee, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing documentation: archiving, digitizing, and updating company documents;
  • Supporting accounting: invoice registration, expense note management, assisting in preparing financial reports;
  • Managing internal and external communications: emails, phone calls, correspondence with clients and suppliers;
  • Order entry and client management: updating client database, supporting the sales team;
  • Preparing offers and contracts: collaborating with sales and legal departments;
  • Supporting certification and inspection processes: managing procedures related to technical certification and naval or industrial inspection services;
  • Interfacing with regulatory bodies: preparing documentation for audits or inspections.

Requirements

The requirements for this role are:

  • Registration with the targeted placement lists L.68/99;
  • Excellent knowledge of English (at least B2);
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
  • Previous experience in an administrative role;
  • Good customer relationship skills;
  • Good organizational skills.

Additional Information

We offer:Initial fixed-term contract (12 months) with the possibility of permanent employment, CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria

Work location:Genoa

Benefits:Continuous training and Smart Working 1/2 times a week

Working hours:Full-time (37.5 hours), Monday to Friday
