Your role:

We are seeking a proactive and curious individual capable of analyzing market trends, emerging technologies, and user needs to support innovative project development. The Innovation Specialist will work closely with the product, marketing, and development teams to shape new ideas and strategic initiatives.

Main responsibilities:

1. Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and technological scouting
2. Identify innovation opportunities aligned with company strategy
3. Support the definition of innovative business models
4. Participate in validating new ideas (user research, testing, prototypes)
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new projects
6. Monitor trends, startups, and disruptive solutions relevant to the sector

Required skills:

• Degree in economics, management engineering, innovation, marketing, or related fields
• Experience (even brief) in innovation, R&D, product strategy, or similar
• Excellent analytical, research, and synthesis skills
• Familiarity with innovation design tools (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Business Model Canvas)
• Curious attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and change-oriented mindset
• English proficiency at C1 level

Preferred:

• Experience in startups, incubators, or research centers
• Skills in UX, software development, or digital marketing
