  • Project and Change Management Section Manager

Based in La Spezia office (smart working applicable!), as part of Business Improvement Department, we're looking for a Project and Change Management Section Manager.

  • Responsibilities
  • Leads the team of Project and Change Management Office;
  • Develops project and change management framework, process and tools;
  • Guide organization to achieve consistency across projects;
  • Develops Project and Change Community;
  • Coordinates Projects Portfolio Review and set-up during annual goals planning;
  • Defines Projects Subportfolios and Programs;
  • Monitors projects portfolio execution according to agreed KPI's;
  • Manages projects prioritization and verifies correct resources allocation in shared services;
  • Manages cash-in vs. cash-out of projects portfolio;

Optimizes projects portfolios (identifies potential bottlenecks in resources, recommends projects acceleration, freezing and adding).

  • Requirements
  • BSc or MSc University Degree;
  • At least 5 year track record of project management in different methodologies;
  • Excellent relationship building and key stakeholder management skills;
  • Capability to work effectively in international environment and fast changing context;
  • Strategic, positive thinker;
  • Fluent English in speaking and writing;
  • Eagerness to share own knowledge and develop the Change and Project Community;
  • Capability to coach and negotiate with senior management team;
  • Analytical skills for problem-solving, identifying alternative solutions and making recommendations based on your findings;

Effective organizational and planning skills, with the ability to complete work in a timely manner.
