The Transaction Services team, part of Deal Advisory, supports M&As from pre-deal evaluation to post-deal integration or separation. Our professionals assist clients in identifying risks and opportunities in acquisitions, sales, and joint ventures, including buyouts and IPOs.

Joining our team means working closely with financial backers, shareholders, and managers at all levels. You will assist clients in corporate finance transactions, utilizing digital tools and technology daily. Our clients include large corporate entities and both Italian and international private equity funds.

Join us in Padua , where you'll work on financial due diligence projects and support our Italian and international clients.

Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics

This role is ideal if you have :

• a master’s degree in business, accounting, management control, or finance;
• 2-3 years of experience in corporate finance, transaction services, audit, or similar;
• accounting skills and knowledge of financial reporting standards (Italian GAAP and IFRS);
• ability to analyze financial statements with strong mathematical, financial, and accounting expertise;
• proficiency in English.
