Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in organizing and managing a team of skilled engineers working on agricultural machinery.
2. Coordinating with other departments to ensure parts availability and efficient scheduling.
3. Managing call outs and ensuring delivery of first-class service to customers.
4. Overseeing all aspects of the service team and workshop management.
5. Developing and maintaining relationships with valued customers.
6. Repairing and maintaining agricultural machinery, including tractors and combines, for prestigious brands.
7. Diagnosing and repairing machinery to ensure high standards, manufacturer specifications, and safety.

• Experienced agricultural engineer seeking to advance into management.
