ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB

We are seeking a young, motivated, curious, and enterprising talent to join us at our Operations Headquarters in Agordo (BL) or our Plant in Sedico (BL).

As a Quality Manager, you will report directly to the Plant Quality Manager and will have the opportunity to manage a highly complex manufacturing department, ensuring excellent quality standards.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Track and review internal quality performance KPIs (e.g., waste, rework, costs)
  2. Conduct end-of-line and process tests
  3. Ensure finished product quality assurance
  4. Investigate and troubleshoot quality-related product or production issues
  5. Prepare, execute, and follow up on internal process or system audits

PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

  • Degree in Management or Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in a complex environment as a Quality Engineer or Manager
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Good knowledge of quality tools (Fishbone diagrams, 5 Whys, root cause analysis)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of Statistics
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and inspiring to others
  • People management skills
  • Problem-solving oriented, solution-focused
  • Enjoys challenges and takes responsibility seriously
  • Flexible and adaptable to constant change
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
