Lead Project Coordinator

At Senior Project Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality targets are met. The role involves coordinating people and processes to meet customer objectives.

The position requires support in business development activities, preparing project proposals and presenting them to the Customer.

• Prepare offers and development proposals with cost estimations and strategies.
• Negotiate with the Customer.
• Support Business Development activities.

Responsibilities include :

• Managing project teams and resources.
• Coordinating project status, risks, issues, and milestones.
• Preparing internal project reporting.

Customer satisfaction is key, requiring coordination of feedback collection, discussion with customers, and implementation of improvement actions.

Continuous improvement involves implementing project management techniques, coaching new Project Managers, and promoting initiatives for improvement.

Requirements and skills :

• At least 3 / 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to details and ability to manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent English knowledge.
• Experience in the electronic sector is a plus.
