Position: Marketing Director

Company: Prestigious high-end sportswear fashion company

Responsibilities:

1. Report directly to the Management and coordinate a team of 6 resources supporting co-marketing activities with clients, social media, and graphic design.
2. Develop online and offline communication plans and oversee the creation of internal and external communication materials in collaboration with graphic designers.
3. Organize events in Italy and abroad, manage relationships with external agencies, with a focus on social media, press, and advertising, particularly targeting European and Asian markets.
4. Conduct market analysis in close collaboration with the Sales Department.
5. Support the development of new products and collections.
6. Develop marketing strategies to support sales campaigns.

Ideal Candidate: Has experience in structured companies within the high-level fashion sector, possesses excellent leadership skills, teamworking abilities, and fluency in English.
