• Project Manager to join our team for an immediate entry (full time).

As a Project Manager

• you will be part of our international team in Fano, currently made up of over 25 driven individuals from different backgrounds and countries. We believe in kindness, acceptance, support, and hard work. We also believe in having lots of fun!

Your responsibilities include:

• Support and collaboration with Project Managers
• Support of different departments
• Organization and planning of the work
• Inspections on site
• Collaboration with sub-contractors and third parties
• Control of budget and contract fulfillment

Requirements:

• You are definitely a match if you...
• Have a Bachelor's or ideally a Master's degree in management engineering
• Have 5+ years of experience in a shipyard
• Verifiable leadership experience and capabilities, with successful project execution
• Have passion for boats/yachts in general (boating license is an advantage)
• Have basic knowledge of CAD software (Rhino, AutoCAD)
• Can read 2D & 3D production drawings
• Are able to work independently and in a structured manner
• Have organizational skills, flexibility, and reliability
• Have a creative problem-solving attitude
• Are solution-oriented
• Willingness to travel
• Hands-on mentality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian
• Experience with Microsoft Office (MS Teams experience is welcome)
