Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of new Line Conversion and Packaging Projects, from order intake to project closure, including on-site activities. Ensure project deliverables meet expected costs and stakeholder satisfaction.

Your Mission

  • Accountable for S-Q-C-D project deliverables for assigned new equipment projects:

S) H&SE - Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met. Implement H&SE plan before project start.

Q) Quality - Deliverables meet defined specifications from the outset. Clearly define project scope and specifications.

C) Cost - Complete project deliverables, including on-site activities, within the baselined cost.

D) Delivery - Complete deliverables within the scheduled timelines.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory conditions, corporate values, governance, and processes.
  • Develop and implement risk assessments and response plans for critical projects. Lead risk management and mitigation efforts.
  • Manage, support, and coach assigned team members, fostering competence development and utilization. Remove roadblocks for the team.
  • Support scope change management to prevent deviations from baselined objectives and benefits, and resolve conflicts.

Reporting and Product Support

  • Provide regular and timely reports to stakeholders. Conduct escalation calls for technical issues with global teams.
  • Monitor and ensure all project systems (SAP milestones, AMP, SPOT, Contact Center, PM Tools) are updated regularly.

Your Profile

Education and Languages:

  • Master's Degree or equivalent.
  • PMI Certification is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management of capital projects.
  • Experience in the beverage industry is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and structured work organization.
  • Understanding of installation and commissioning challenges.
