As a Resident Engine Field Service Representative (T700 / T6E1), you will perform services and maintenance activities (preventive and remedial) on customer sites (e.g., 5th Gruppo Elicotteri Marina Militare Sarzana) to repair and refurbish sold or existing products. You will also support maintenance facilities and field services engineering, following discipline and standard practices and procedures.
Job Description
- Manage as the primary interface any concerns and technical issues arising from maintenance activities on engines at the customer site.
- Lead and ensure effective communication between the customer and Avio Aero, especially with the System Engineer Program Manager and Fleet Manager, concerning the management of the T700 / T6E1 engine program, including planning maintenance inspections.
- Coordinate the shipping and receiving of engines, accessories, and engine parts to and from company sites. Support organizational and intermediate maintenance levels at the 5th Gruppo Elicotteri and depot maintenance at the Avio Aero plant.
- Monitor, record, and update the availability and status of the engine fleet.
- Manage technical documentation such as engine logbooks, accessories log cards, PTAs, compliance status, and support during maintenance or operational activities.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a similar field, or Technical High School Diploma with solid relevant experience.
- Knowledge of T700 family engines, accessories, installation, control, monitoring systems, and airframe interfaces.
- Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical schematics of complex equipment.
- Knowledge of configuration control rules, processes, and procedures.
- Familiarity with engine logbooks for data analysis.
- Ability to interpret nomenclature catalogues, technical publications, maintenance manuals, parts catalogues, calibration procedures, and repair schemes.
- Experience in evaluating and improving maintenance procedures.
- Holder of EMAR 66 / AER(EP).P66 MILITARY AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE LICENCE (B1 / C) or EASA equivalent.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Eligible for NATO Security Clearance.
- Work Visa in accordance with local regulations is required.
