Accountant

Under the supervision of the Manager, the candidate will handle accounting and administrative management tasks, including :

• Supporting the management of the active cycle with related invoice recording.
• Supporting the management of the passive cycle (Italy / Europe / Non-EU) with related invoice recording.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports for shareholders.
• Supporting the preparation of individual financial statements for all Group companies and consolidated financial statements.
• Managing operational relationships with banks.
• Providing support for Intrastat management.

Requirements :

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications :

• At least 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of English, particularly in an administrative context.
• Experience in managing foreign invoicing will be considered a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, advanced spreadsheets, power query).
• Familiarity with the Gamma management software will be an advantage.
