About the job :

As a Senior Software Developer, you will develop desktop and mobile AI applications using the latest Tether SDK.

Responsibilities :

AI-Driven Desktop Integration

Develop and maintain backend services and APIs for AI-enhanced desktop apps, supporting features like local inference, contextual awareness, and model interaction, especially for Electron-based or hybrid clients.

Platform-Aware API Design

Work closely with desktop and React Native teams to shape APIs that consider platform constraints, ensuring native responsiveness and cross-platform consistency. Handle concurrent model calls, GPU/CPU workloads, and request management for optimal AI on-device performance.

Requirements :

• Experience with Desktop app development (Electron, Tauri, etc.)
• Experience with React Native or bridging backend systems into mobile/desktop stacks
• Performance and resource optimization on desktop/mobile
• Participation in complex platform development
• Quick learner of new technologies
• Understanding of security practices

Nice to have :

• Knowledge of secure inter-process communication
• Experience with Peer-to-Peer tech (Kademlia, BitTorrent, libp2p)
• C++, Swift, Kotlin skills
• Familiarity with AI/Agentic applications (RAG, AI SDKs)
• Experience with real-time data streaming (NodeJS, etc.)
