Responsabile Controllo Gestione

Tailor&Fox, your HR Business Partner, on behalf of a manufacturing company in the province of Reggio Emilia, is seeking to strengthen its internal structure by recruiting for the following professional profile:

Position

Reporting to the CEO, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing the control processes across various Business Units, implementing management control systems, managing and improving budgeting and reporting to ensure a constant and accurate evaluation of company performance.

• Main responsibilities include:
• Analyzing cost accounting, costs, and revenues;
• Managing planning and control processes (budget, forecast, business plan) at economic and financial levels;
• Reporting on costs across different centers;
• Analyzing performance variances;
• Supporting long-term strategic planning;
• Proactively supporting internal stakeholders in monitoring and analyzing key financial indicators, interfacing mainly with ownership, CFO, Business Unit Managers, Operations, and Supply Chain;
• Proposing improvements to enhance the current reporting system.

The candidate should have mastery of accounting entries and controls, good knowledge of planning (budget, forecast) and management control systems, familiarity with reporting models and performance management systems, and a decent command of English.

Additional qualities include excellent relational and communication skills, analytical ability, attention to detail, decision-making autonomy, problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work both independently and in team settings.
