General Accounting Analyst (Temporary Contract)

We're looking for a General Accounting Analyst to join the Finance team within our Finance & Corporate Department.

The role is responsible for executing general accounting processes within the organization.

This involves maintaining specific sections of the chart of accounts, preparing journal entries and allocations, and handling accounts payable and receivable.

A fixed-term contract is offered for this position.

1. Executes general accounting processes according to established policies and procedures to maintain consistency, accuracy, and compliance with accounting standards
2. Supports all compliance and fiscal matters (e.g., VAT liquidation, IRPEF withholdings)
3. Assists with fixed asset accounting activities (asset creation, depreciation and amortization, disposals)
4. Provides support for monthly and year-end closing activities
5. Requirements:

• Degree in Economics
• Minimum previous experience in accounting
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English
