ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
As a Business Development Manager, you will be a key player in our Sales Support Team, working closely with regional sales leads to drive engagement with airports and airlines across Europe, Israel, Cuba, Russia, and Astana. Your role blends aviation operational expertise and a consultative mindset, supporting presales activities and shaping impactful solutions in the domains of Airport Operations and Sustainability.
You will help our clients imagine to-be scenarios that optimize processes, reduce environmental impact, and embrace future-ready technology.

WHO YOU ARE:
-Fluent English speaking (we require a comfortable business speaking level (the role includes interaction with C-Level customers).
-Aviation know how is a must-have, and in particular on Operations at Airports. Candidates must be familiar with the following processes: ACDM, Turnaround Management, Total Airport management, Resource Optimization.
-A natural consultative seller, able to listen deeply and shape value-driven solutions.
-A professional with solid aviation knowledge, particularly in airport operations, ground handling, and passenger flow.
-Technically minded, with the ability to quickly grasp complex systems and communicate them effectively.
-Adaptable in communication style, able to engage stakeholders from the C-suite to operations.
-Fluent in English, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
