We're Looking For

For our K-Way outlet store, we are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant. Your goal is to provide excellent customer service and sales support. You will ensure the store maintains an inviting appearance that encourages sales through order, cleanliness, and complete product range. You should demonstrate courtesy, friendliness, and kindness, working positively with the team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supporting customers during sales
2. Managing and handling merchandise on display
3. Replenishing stock to maintain optimal merchandise levels
4. Maintaining store order and cleanliness
5. Managing fitting rooms according to company guidelines
6. Handling cashier operations

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in retail, especially in fashion and footwear
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexibility in scheduling

This is a fixed-term, part-time position (20 hours per week).
